There are many Grief Support Groups that meet on a regular basis throughout the country. Your Funeral Director or local religious leader may be able to guide you to a support group that meets nearby. There are also many supports groups online that you can investigate – some have local chapters that meet in person, others have internet “meetings” and have helpful, supportive guidance on coping with your grief. The grieving process is a highly personal journey, though many people do find comfort in the support of others going through the same thing.
